2. Service Booking & Quotations

• Quotations provided via phone, email, or website are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.
• The final price may vary if there is a discrepancy between the declared inventory and the actual items to be moved on the day of service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the location is deemed unsafe or if the items to be moved are prohibited by law.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking. Generally, a percentage of the total amount may be required as an advance booking fee. The remaining balance must be cleared upon delivery or as per the specific agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled moving time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover logistics planning costs.

5. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process. You are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are packed (unless packing service is selected) and ready for transport. You must ensure that no prohibited items (explosives, inflammables, illegal goods) are included in the consignment.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Agarwal Movers Packers & Logistics and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Agarwal Movers Packers & Logistics.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
